These Terms & Conditions govern bookings, payments, cancellations and general conduct for tours and services provided by Jaipur Rajasthan Cab Tour. By making a booking you agree to follow these terms.

1. Booking Policy: All bookings must be confirmed in advance with accurate contact details. A minimum advance payment (as specified in the package) is required to secure a reservation.
2. Payment Terms: Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, card, or other approved methods. Any outstanding balance must be paid before the tour/service begins.
3. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for refund (after deducting any transaction or processing charges). Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific package policy.
4. Changes in Itinerary: We reserve the right to alter or cancel any itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government orders, natural calamities, or operational issues. Where possible, we will offer an alternative of comparable value.
5. Guide, Driver & Service Standards: Our guides, drivers and staff are professional and trained. Guests are required to cooperate with them for safety and smooth operation. Any complaint about service should be reported immediately so we can address it promptly.
6. Traveller Responsibilities: Guests must carry valid photo ID and travel documents as required. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Any damage to vehicles, accommodation, or property caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.
7. Health & Safety: Guests should disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking. While we take safety seriously, the company is not liable for health issues or medical emergencies arising during the trip.
8. Third-Party Services & Liability: We often act as an agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, guides, safari operators). We do not own these services and are not liable for delays, strikes, accidents, or loss of personal items caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to our service charges.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and governed by Indian law.
